Since lockdown like everyone my hair has dramatically grown, I’m going for a different look, always had short hair, and as it’s past shoulder length, I’ve decided to have around 3 inches off and the shag style .

Shag style sounds a bit racy.... will you also have bangs ?

Cut it myself also gone snowy everyone says it looks blonde. My natural curls have nearly disappeared with age. It's like a boring bob now it's lost is vibrancy.

Good one Lucca ???
short bob - longer at the front the idea brought on by cutting it myself in January.

Luca & TrendyNannie bangs (American) as in a fringe? Always good for hiding forehead lines.

I have grown my fringe out during lockdown. I've always had one but now feel liberated from the regular fringe trim.

I haven't had my hair cut since October. I am enjoying having it longer and it is now long enough just about to wear up.

After having short hair for many years, mine grew to the pony tail stage over lockdown. I have just had it cut into a bob, which I thought I may as well try at this point while there was some length to work with. Although I like my new haircut, I know that I will go back to short hair soon.

Mine was quite short before lock down and I had it tinted blonde for years. Now I am growing the layers out and it is just over my ears in a short bob, I haven’t had it tinted so it is grey now but a very nice grey. When it has grown a little bit more I may have a body perm as it is quite fine.

Go for it TrendyNannie! Over the years I have done several big changes. Going from mid-back length to a very short bob (had to shave the back of my neck!) I remember my youngest was around 2 at the time and had to do a double-take when he recognized my voice but I looked so different.

You've got to shake things up a bit every now and then. Hope it turns out nicely.

I've gone from a short layer cut to a chin length bob with a light fringe. I'm growing it until I can scrape it up into a bun and pop a real hair messy bun on it when it not looking at it's best. I'm still having it coloured but I find it easier to hide any grey roots with this style so it's a win, win for me.

I bet Gransnet permits head hair fashions only

Alexa I don't dye all my hair so not worth going Brazilian as it would barely show!

I hear u.. Lockdown did something to me!
Natural red head but been having blonde highlights for yrs but my hair was drying out really bad.. I ended up purchasing a flaming red hair dye.. Don't think I'll ever go back to blonde.. Hair super shiny and loving my new colour!
Its OK to go a bit mad sometimes ?
