Ameliorate body lotion is a good product, but their customer service is dreadful - they refused to help at all with a broken pump dispenser on a large bottle of lotion. It was broken before I started using it, but they would neither refund, replace or even send a new pump part - the reason being that it was past the 14 days they allowed for complaints. I can’t be the only person who doesn’t instantly open and start using a new product!
