Use moisturiser made with goats milk daily! When one appears, wrap a flannel round a wooden spoon, dip in very hot water and press against pimple. Repeat several times. gently push sides together, hopefully to draw to a head and remove the pus. Over night is a tall order though!

Sudocrem cures everything. Listerine works too.

Fullers earth cream, only available online now. Used to buy from chemists but they no longer stock it, and I have tried everywhere!
My Nan told me about it when I had my first baby in 1979, ‘great for nappy rash’, and she was right.
I have used ever since on spots and pimples, and that ‘under bosom burn’ that one occasionally gets.
Clears it up overnight.

NotSpaghetti yes but it seems to work for the odd spot and volcanic pimples as the poster describes.
