Ordered a choice of sizes and returned the unwanted ones via our corner shop.

Go Outdoors do a range of Peter Storm women’s trousers as well as other well known makes and they are reasonably priced. They have a mail order service.

Found some on Decathlon for people with short legs. Thanks! I’ve lived in leggings for years but my dog has taken to patting me on the leg to let me know she wants something (as if I don’t know she’s there) and she keeps making holes in them hence the switch to trousers! Also scratches my varicose veins….

I bought these pants recently and they’re really stretchy and comfortable. You just turn up the cuff for different heights. I really recommend them!

I’ve got some similar to that that I bought from Debenhams a couple of years ago. I bought one pair and went back and bought two more.

Ah, dog walking trousers. I was confused as I walk out quite happily in whatever I happen to be wearing that day.

Yes, my first thought was 'Special trousers - to walk in?' but on days with lots of weather, I have some with a nice fleecy lining, from Cotton Traders.

I got waterproof skiing ones from Decathlon. They have a fleecy lining and are very comfortable. Can't bear the baggy over trousers which rustle all the time.

Mountain Warehouse sell good walking trousers and at a reasonable price.

Just ordered some but in the 10-14 size. I’m hoping they are a generous fit ( in the comments someone said that they’re a large 14 usually but this size is ok). Amazing choice of colours, too. Thanks.
