So, started to wear contact lenses and omg! My face ! Wouldn't say I am super vain but am shocked by how saggy my skin looks...I am not overweight, wear moisturizer every day and am in my 55s

Has anyone tried something like Nuface mini microcurrent or magnitone? Do they work? Or do I go down the facial exercise type thingy like facial flex?!

Not a personal recommendation as I haven’t tried it myself, but I see lots of posts on other SM for facial yoga. The exercises tone up the facial muscles and with sufficient diligence and repetition do seem to make a big difference (if the before and after photos are genuine).

Toning the muscles in the face & neck seems a logical step. There a numerous free videos on facebook, YouTube etc so you could give it a trial run and see if it's beneficial for you.

Try searching for “The Face Yoga Method”.
Good luck ?

One side of my face tends to droop due to nerve damage, TMJ problems and paralysis following a brain injury. Last time I mentioned it on here someone made very mocking comments and I think the thread’s been deleted, along with my post about helpful exercises. I have found both facial and neck exercises a great help, also massage and a good moisturiser. Smiling also helps to lift your jawline.

I’m attaching a link to the TMJ exercises that I do, they’re not designed for cosmetic purposes but they do tone the muscles and give a better appearance.

Had a monthly micro current for over 20 years. Puts moisture back into your skin you feel the difference, my beautician tells me which area is dry.
I personally love it, I have definitely benefited for it.
Give it a go, you probably will need a weekly course at first them monthly.
Have a check out at your local collage as the Beautician students need customers and much cheaper. That's what I did, and that student became my friend and beautician.

Rosemary Conley sold me her device in person at a show I was at but it didn't do much for me.
I agree smiling helps to lift the face and I am sure Blossomings exercises could help.
