Anyone Tried Designer Dupe perfumes, which do you love

Not knocking your post, but how on Earth did you find this 4 year old thread Marriskay?

Ihave also used Perfume Parlour, and have absolutely no complaints.

Oh yes dear, I’ve tried a few of those perfume dupes. My favorite is Woven Raisin by ARfragrances, inspired by Jo Malone Jasmine Samba & Marigold, such a lovely, gentle scent

I’ve used Perfume Parlour for years. Bearing in mind that even the ‘real’ perfumes smell different on everybody anyway, PP oils are very close to the originals.

I often roll the oil onto something to hang in my wardrobe (not the actual clothes).

Agree with JM fragrances, my favourite too.
Zara also have thier own fragrances made by JM. I haven't tried but might be worth a "sniff" much cheaper apparently.

I bought 3 little tiny roll on perfumes from there, and they were excellent and longer lasting than the real deals.

I've bought from the Perfume Parlour recently - their version of Mon Geurlain and also Jean Paul Gaultier Classic. They really are so similar that my DDs can't tell the difference, and they are amazing value for money.

MaybeMaw I think you did understand in the first instance. The Aldi JM clones include perfumes.
I was surprised to find they're eau de perfume!
It's the product that keeps me popping in to Aldi - they're not always available.

I treat myself every year and buy a Trudon candle “spiritus sancti”. for Christmas.

I can not stand room fragrance. I have yet to find any of the candles or other forms that do not smell chemical and cloying and they tend to trigger sick headaches. If a room smells sour, open the windows or clean the soft furnishings.

Oh I'm sure that was recommended on here before, and those little bottles are excellent value.

I have used Perfume Parlour in the past and the staying power of the oils is very good.

I do agree about room fragrance and have used the Aldi Jo Malone copy candles , hand wash and fragrance wands for years.

Magiemaybe These were the ones I was going to say too! Definitely long lasting, Jo Malone.

I've now got 3 with matching liquid soap - the other being Velvety Rose.

Most of them are rubbish, but Aldi actually does very good copies of some favourite Jo Malones. I’ve used Pomegranate Noir and Lime, Basil and Mandarin for years and their versions come very close to the real thing. And for some reason last longer on my dry skin than JM’s does. I’ve only ever seen them in stock once though (when I bought them, despite feeling very guilty and disloyal to my favourite brand!).

No- pointless. They are generally cheap chemical copies with little lasting power.
Better to use a “good” perfume sparingly.
