Botox, fillers (subtle, mind you) and a non expensive moisturiser is the way to go,

I had 10 treatments on one side of my face to see if I could see and feel the difference.
I could so I let the other side catch up. After the initial 10 you will need a top up every month so it does require a commitment.
Have a Hydradermie from Guinot. IMO a great facial.

I had Caci many years ago - think it was something I won, but can’t remember. I do remember that it was very relaxing, although I can’t say I noticed much of a difference.
A local place is advertising £83 a session, recommending 10, at a rate of 2 or 3 a week.
