If any ladies out there have tried taking Collagen supplements (Marine type), to tackle ageing skin, hair, nails and joints, could you post your feedback?
I am tempted to try either the drinks or tablets but it is all very expensive, each one claims to be the best, and I would love to hear about your experiences!

I've been using Ingenius almost since it came out. It is expensive (has HA and Astaxanthin too). I've experienced definite improvements in nail growth/strength, eye lines, skin texture - and I hope it helps with internal ageing too as it is not something you put on the outside but take in. I think it depends on your skin type. DH has 'Spanish' type - tans, never burns, no wrinkles, it would be wasted on him. Me - northern european, dry skin reddish hair, sun damage etc - so I do benefit. Now I look 'OK for age' before I was a bit of a mess. What I'm saying is don't expect a miracle and be prepared to give it 3 months to see.

I haven't tried collagen but my nails are better than they've ever been since I started adding about 10g of nuts to my breakfast daily. I've also being taking tumeric capsules daily for the last two months and I don't know whether it's coincidence or not but my lower back pain has finally gone. I'm usually a bit skeptical of supplements but I will definitely continue with these.
