Navy/black/ grey trousers with block colour bright sweaters on top, Fat Face have a good range which I love

Like Sodapop - checked shirts - I live in them. Flannel one over a roll neck in winter with a gilet on top. Cotton one in Spring, short sleeved one in Summer.

Winter tends to be velvet jeans in green or blue or burgundy , cotton polo's and bright woolly jumpers, summer Indian block printed cotton kurtas (which I buy when I run an art holiday in India once every couple of years) and leggings or if very hot colourful cotton dresses, I put it down to my hippy youth (oh and I love my red or pink hair)

I’m ok with cashmere coats, just not jumpers.

Coats, my big passion, jeans, the cashmere jumpers I've collected over the years, in various colours. I actually look better in black now I'm grey, I hardly ever wore it when I was a brunette. And in summer I wear a lot of linen. And I really like soft cotton tshirts, but they're getting hard to find, everything is Modal these days !

I had a couple of really good cashmere coats when I was working but the moths eventually made corrugated patterns all over them, sadly. It seems hard to find a warm coat that isn't wool.
I always used to wear black but just look faded in it now.
Yes, T-shirts do seem to be getting harder to find, I don't like a really high crew neck or a low neck, and they must be all cotton. I did find some perfect ones a couple of years ago, expensive organic cotton, but they went into holes within a couple of months. Not sure if it was due to them being organic, they were very soft and thin.
I sometimes find that Next have pure cotton t-shirts with the right neckline, but M&S rarely do now.

I itch at the thought of cashmere. Don’t know why but just can’t wear it next to my skin, makes me feel itchy and clammy.

Cashmere is the only wool that my skin will tolerate, though the moths devoured most of mine with relish some years ago. I do have one expensive cashmere jumper left, always carefully wrapped after use and only brought out when I need to feel a little smarter than usual!

Most of my clothes are very casual and simple, mainly blue, pink or purple. I hope that I never reach the scruffy end of casual, though I do have to watch myself as my old favourite trousers start to disintegrate! I do have a couple of summer dresses but mainly wear trousers. I never wear woollen jumpers as they make me too itchy and the moths always get them.
I don't really buy special occasion clothes, figuring that I have enough of these already.
My idea of hell is an event for which I am expected to wear "smart casual" having never figured out what this really means.

Denim jeans and one of my hand knitted sweaters in the winter. Denims in the summer with lovely summery tops. Maybe cat t shirts as well.

Hate black, it makes me look like a witch. Love brown but its hard to find. Taken to wearing joggers in the cold weather, not a good look, must buck myself up by spring

I seem to have amassed quite a few 'floaty' batwing & Angel sleeve tops - they're loose but not sloppy, cover tops of arms and skim the bust & tummy areas.
I find them flattering to my body shape and feel comfortable wearing them to both casual and more dressy occasions.

Unfortunately, because of the design and loose draped fabric, I can't wear a cape or jacket with my floaty tops, so have also amassed a collection of stoles, wraps and shawls in various fabrics and colours to go with them.

I used to wear knee length shift dresses for work, mostly in blue or summer brights. Now I wear skinny jeans or black slim leg trousers and a jumper. I also cannot cope with itchy clothes or high necks. I’m trying to find a pair of straight trousers that look ok but being as I am short, struggle with wider styles.i like strippy tops.

Apart from having too many clothes 🙄 I hate anything tight, itchy, scratchy labels (M&S are the worse), anything around my neck and frills (rather like you flappergirl)
I don’t like pastel colours and have stopped wearing black so much, I prefer deeper colours.

I even itch at the thought of wearing anything itchy( am trying not to think of the word wool as I type this but it’s not working….)

Leggins, I live in them no matter what the weather!

During normal weather I have a couple of light-weight scarfs with cats on.

In winters I have a choice of 3 blanket scarfs!

Blues or black for jeans, white tops - mostly all I wear 365 days a year. Layers of warmth underneath in winter. And I love coats.

I consider my wardrobe a rainbow room. So many colours. I love it. Each day before I rise I decide on the theme colour for the day then its out of bed and all systems go. Don't seem to function well with any other method. Strange but true.

I live in jeans and daren’t count how many pairs. Different shades and styles. And Chelsea boots in winter . Birkenstocks in summer , again various colours. Plus stripy jumpers and t shirts and floral midi dresses.

Fitflop trainers, shoes and boots. So comfortable and easy to wear.

T-shirts in summer, woolly jumpers in winter. Lots of fleecy house trousers. I dress for comfort these days. And still wear jeans often.

Dressing for comfort seems to be my aim now also, so lots of jeans and leggings, with jumpers, mainly bright colours. Can't stand anything dowdy.
