I'm amazed that all their shoes are not available in an extra wide fitting.

You often find that the photos in adverts bear no relation to the promotion. It drives me nuts.
Even Liberty's and other big names do this.

Even here on Gransnet the photos don't always reglect the text - recipe photos are not of the actual product. I have written to them and they say they use "stock images". So a cherry cake may not show any cherries for example.

I guess you have to buy the ‘spring favourites’, whatever they are. Probably the ones that aren’t selling.

No, they don't care plain and simple. You could always contact them and complain.

I have several pairs of Hotter trainers (mostly Leanne, but also Chase) and feeling my trainer wardrobe was in need of a refurb I pounced on Hotter’s latest offer (2 pairs for £ 109)
Only to find that the styles in the photograph are not eligible for the offer!
How misleading is this?
I need extra wide (to accommodate heel cups or orthotics) and also find that any “possibles” in acceptable alternative styles do not come in Extra Wide.
Don’t they care that they are losing their core customers by ignoring their needs ?
