Wet wipes are going to be fazed out soon according to today's news.
I use Garnier Micellar water - the one for long lasting mascara. It does a good job using washable remover pads.

I do too, I have eye problems and used to get the Blephasol on prescription as it was prescribed by the eye hospital specialist but after a year I was told it was no longer on the prescription list so I had to start paying for it.

Body Shop Camomile remover if you can find it.

I use body shop eye makeup remover. Works on removing waterproof mascara. The only one that does not irritate my eyes.

I have very sensitive skin and psoriasis. Boots,No7 products all work for me.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I’m still undecided, I’d almost made my mind up on the Nivea until I read maddyone post. I think I’ll have a look at the Blepha range. Thanks again

Clarins Take the Day off or Lancôme eye make up remover, both excellent and not greasy/oily.

I used to use Clarins eye makeup remover (the blue one) but don't wear much eye makeup now.

Clarins One-step makeup remover was out of stock in Boots.

I use the Clinique one because others irritate my eyes, especially the Nivea one, which I tried once, oh my, never again!

I have used Vaseline (or the even cheaper jars of standard petroleum jelly) for years and it removes waterproof makeup too.
I started using it for heavier stage makeup, but find it’s good for my whole face.

I use coconut oil and have done for about six years when I developed allergies to various conventional eye make up removers. I have not had a flare up since and it also moisturises my eye so no need for a night eye cream - just one( neals yard) in the morning.

I’ve just started using Nivea Double Effect, and it’s very good, much better than the Micellar water cleansers.

Don’t you get soap in your eyes BlueBelle? My liner and mascara are waterproof, so I’d need to rub too hard. The Nivea liquid is very gentle.

Always use the Nivea liquid one too. I hold the soaked cotton wool pad against my eye for a few seconds and the make up just wipes off.
I’m always checking the price between Boots/Superdrug/Savers and never pay full price, not that it’s particularly expensive anyway.

If you're looking for something that doesn't irritate the eyes, I use the Blepha range of products. I have sensitive eyes and eyelids, and Blephasol gets the make up off gently and efficiently. I also use Blephaclean wipes daily after a windy walk or a swim. Quite expensive.

Soap and water is all I ve ever used

I used to use Simple eye make up remover: it was a cream. But they no longer make it and their liquid one makes my eyes sore. I switched to a Clinique one which I’m ok with but it’s so expensive. I don’t understand why most eye make up remover is liquid these days. I’ll try the Neutrogena one: I use a lot of their stuff so should be ok with that.

I'd suggest trying out the Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover. It's gentle, effective, and works well for removing eyeshadow, liner, and mascara without irritating the eyes.
