Any idea where I can buy flat front trousers or trousers with no pockets??
Maybe I’m not looking in the right shops??
Any ideas, please 😊
Thank you

Mens or women's?

If you want flat-front and pocketless, you need to he looking at makes wih a side zip. They are usually the more tapered trousers. Whistles and Jigsaw spring to mind. The material is often a bit stretchy but not clingy.

I think most trs should come with a side zip. They give a slimmer, tidier look. I have a pair from M&S.

I don’t like trouser without a pocket , I need a pocket for my phone , handier than trailing a bag around

Mel1967 Mon 06-May-24 12:33:45

Sorry, Women’s trousers

Notsoold27 Mon 06-May-24 12:44:05

Robell

Following exactly what I’m looking for too.

Bixiboo Mon 06-May-24 13:38:58

I always buy Robell trousers, they seem to be the only ones I can find that are flat fronted and most of their styles are without pockets.

I don't know if it's just me, but I find trousers with a side zip difficult to get on and off. I have only one pair, but rarely wear them because it's such a struggle every time I go to the toilet.

I bought a pair of side button corduroy trousers from Landsend. It was quite a while ago so I don't know if they are still available.
If you want jeans type cotton pull on trousers Cotton Traders and Damart have some good reasonably prices pairs.

Should have said that my Cotton Traders pull ons have elasticated waist and no pockets.

aggie Mon 06-May-24 13:53:25

I had a side zip skirt , I had to zip it the haul it round , I could never zip it at the side , so side zip trousers would be impossible

Silvergirl Mon 06-May-24 13:58:27

Roman have some. I agree the side zips are more flattering.

Possibly Mark & Spencer could be a wise retailer to check out.

Also, possibly Amazon.uk

Liaise Wed 08-May-24 11:43:21

I bought some M&S pull on trousers for about £17. No zips or pockets. They are stretchy. Very good value and look fine.

Bluedaisy Wed 08-May-24 11:47:27

Robell from me too. I only wear their trousers and have in lots of different colours and styles. Go on their website ‘so simply.com’ .

cari Wed 08-May-24 12:34:39

Robell trousers have lots of different flat fronted styles without pockets and the quality is excellent

yogagran Wed 08-May-24 12:48:09

I have to have pockets!

Naesodaft Wed 08-May-24 12:50:03

I like Boden for trousers

Joseann Wed 08-May-24 12:51:33

I saw the Robell ones in various styles yesterday in a shop. They looked nice.

rowyn Wed 08-May-24 13:19:21

White Stuff or Damart?

keepingquiet Wed 08-May-24 13:21:58

I miss pockets when I wear my elasticated waist ones. I have had side zips but agree these are not always easy to manoevre.
I love pockets where I can put tissues and lip balm!

JennyCee Wed 08-May-24 15:51:38

Mel1967. I’ve had a lot of reasonably priced trousers with flat fronts and no pockets from M&S. They have them in all the time I think.

Another vote for Robell - very comfortable and fit well - lots of colours too.
