If they stopped making lipstick....

I don’t go out without lipstick or perfume on, I don’t feel dressed !
Revlon discontinued my go to lipstick shade but I managed to find it on eBay, selling as old stock. I now have enough to last me until I stop caring.
Did the same a couple of years ago with my discontinued perfume. Bought multiple bottles but put them somewhere safe, dark and cool to preserve them, now can’t remember where !!

I’ve got two! Both hardly used. One from my wedding 36 years ago and one from a Christmas secret Santa about 15 years ago. Plenty to keep me going for the next 40 years or so. 🙂

"Ordinary" lipstick doesn't last on me, I use Max Factor Lipfinity which stays well. I always wear make-up if I'm going out, I look about 150 if I don't and I wouldn't want to inflict that on the general public! Plus it makes me feel good and is a confidence booster, which I think we all need from time to time.

I'd last for ever. Don't use the stuff and never did since the almost white craze of - what - early 60s?

Always wear lipstick or I look tired out. Must have at least twelve and I know some are ancient! Didn’t stop me ordering some more from Beauty Pie though yesterday though! Just cheers me up and doesn’t cost a fortune. Definitely would see me out now though!!

Correction - ‘eating lippy’ now that would be pica, meant to say wearing lippy 😂

I don’t ordinarily wear make up and never wear lippy, it makes my lips feel weird and never looks good on me no matter what shade. We used to joke though that my old mum couldn’t go out to take the washing in without eating lippy, can just see her now in front of the hallway mirror applying it with such well practised ease.

Don’t start on eyeliner Loopyloo. I’ve told my DDs I’ll come back and haunt them if I’m in my box without eyeliner and mascara!

I've got quite a few lippies, but all different colours, so they'd look ridiculous now if I wore them.
Plus, they're so old...

I wear make-up and perfume every day. Have 5 lipsticks, all much the same colour. Bedroom in make-up bag, bathroom, in my handbag, in the car, and one in the kitchen cupboard.
Look like a corpse without my lipstick.

I've never owned a lipstick so I guess I wouldn't notice. Lipsil on the other hand....

I use a nice reddy lipstick ever day. If I'm in a happy mood, I might even kiss myself in the bathroom mirror.

Athrawes, I have a lip crayon from Maybelline that lasts ages. Superstay Ink Crayon. Especially on holidays, I can put it on in the morning and be done, even through swimming and eating.

I tend to use a light touch, so just a hint of colour, but it lasts ages.

Yes I wear light make up every day whether I m going to the allotment shopping or work or just sitting in it’s just part of my getting up habit like earrings they go in every day

I always wear lipstick but it doesn't last 5 minutes yet people around seem to keep it on for ages. Are there any tips for making it stay on? My lips are very narrow so perhaps that's something to do with it

Nothing to do with the shape of lips.
Look on Amazon for lip stains, in a lipstick format.They last all day even with eating and drinking and are around a fiver.

I dont use lipstick. I do use tinted vaseline though.

All sorts of makes and shades, and wear lippy every day.

I have about 10-12 lipsticks and lip balms, mostly Chanel; I know they're expensive, but they last for ages; I probably buy about 1 a year. Think they will see me out, but then if I fancy a new colour...

I couldn't live without my lippy.
Why do the colours, neutral, always get discontinued.
I've managed to get a few of the discontinued one I use now off of Ebay, selling at £17.
