I recently purchased a small handbag size bottle of The 7 Virtues Clementine Dream. How lovely and fresh.

From the website, it has citrus and black currant top notes, magnolia middle notes. and vanilla base.

To me it evokes warm summer evenings in the south, glass of rose in hand. I wouldn't say it lasts very long though, it's very much a light summery scent.

Any new fragrances for you?

I haven't smelled that one Louisa1523. I do love the bottle though! It's funny how the bottle and name of the perfume will influence us even before we have tried it.

I love a fresh green scent.

I haven't heard of that fragrance CanadianGran, it sounds lovely though.

Just last week my granddaughter was 'sampling' my perfumes on my dressing table.

After the long process of trying each one, The one she chose as her favourite was the perfume I have worn forever. She said it makes her think of me and I 'always smell lovely '

It's Liz Earle no 15

No new ones. I always buy Dioressence (four lovely fragrances) which lift the senses and smell divine.

Chanel No.19 for years and years. Love it as much today as I did when I first purchased it. Hoping it’s to be available for years to come.

That's funny. I tried a tester of this perfume in our local Sephora (FR) last week. I thought it was a bit too citrussy for me, but the vanilla one was nicer.

I was always a Chanel Cristalle wearer, but recently have bought Chanel Gabrielle which I like.

Jo Loves Green Orange and Coriander by Jo Malone. I love citrusy perfumes, but like all Jo Malone perfumes it doesn’t seem to last on the skin very long.

I agree that the Jo Malone fragrances don't last long. I know the fragrances get a lot of good reviews, and I had some small travel size samples; neither one were noticeable after just a few moments.

I'm a long time wearer of either Green Tea or White Tea by Elizabeth Arden, but will sometimes venture off piste.
