Creepy skin - Golden Tree lotion

I expect once it's crêpey it's too late - but I think it's probably inherited to be honest - I'd be interested to know I'd anything does work but really doubt it (more than a very little anyway).

Was it one of those American ones where you have to listen to someone waffling on for in that cosily chatty way for at least half an hour, before they actually tell you what they're trying to flog you for £££?
