Sometimes something sweet is called for to sooth the nerves !

Eh - Gally. Have you ever contacted them (GNHQ)? You get a reply which start with "Case Number" and then a REALLY high number!

It'll be that Baggy.

Or whatever she calls herself these days. hmm
