Nope JessM not with RBS, Nat West et al. Fully paid up to BT. Anyway, could access Mumsnet and other sits okay. Very odd.

I have had the same message absent tried a few times before I got back in..... thought the family had chopped me off at my knees

I noted tech's apology for a temporary interruption last night and then later I had explored postings this morning. Suddenly there was a note (503) saying that the server was temporarily out of order. When I tried to access Gransnet again a short while ago, I got a sign (403) saying FORBIDDEN You have no right to access this site. (There was something ungrammatical in the construction of the sentence but I can't remember what. I tried to access the site several times and have, at last succeeded. Who know for how long? Have we been hacked?
