Absolutely, delete that and everything else and as jessM says check your virus protection.

Now I've got one that says

I haven't done it, I don't trust it.

keep deleting I guess. Do a virus check on your computer.

I've suddenly started getting dozens of failure notices for emails I haven't sent!
I've deleted about 4 dozen and they keep coming!
What do I do?
