anyone with excel 2010

I think excel 2010 will be outdated now so you wont find any courses on it. Almost all local community centres do courses for older people. they are usually called 'computers for the terrified' or something like that and our area (north east) they usually cost £60.00 for about 6 weeks which really cheap, I did clait for £60.00. Many beginners courses are free so look in the local library. I must admit I had not heard of excel 2010 but as its 2010 I think most courses will run a 2014 course.

User libre office. It will read MS office files and the user interface is old style!

Vision2Learn do a IT skills on-line course for all Microsoft Office applications using 2010. I wanted to do it to brush up my skills, but when I had to have new hard drive the idiot in the computer shop put 2003 on it!

I love Office 2010, I found it quite intuitive to use.

If you go to Find Commands in Office 2010 in the link and click on Excel it will bring up the ribbon guide which shows how to find what you want in the new version.

I used this a lot when I first changed versions.

Yes £300 I was shocked, I told the lady that I was on a small pension but she said you have to be claiming benefits to get on the course for free.

£300??? That's ridiculous...

I have Excel 2010 but don't use it, so that's no help. Isn't there an online helpline or video tutorial you could access?
