No EE network

Had problems yesterday here in southwest London so we phoned EE, who are now upgrading our phone line speed from 10 to 35 at no extra cost. Yesterday, our speed was far less than 10. They said the upgrade would be ready for 20 January.
All better today, however.
Do try phoning EE to report the problem.

I've never had problems in this county before though it can be dodgy when we're away.

Here in Norfolk E my GD has EE and has problems in different places in the county ..she is at her friends but have spoken via text today

No, I have an EE mobile signal at full strength and so does OH. We live in Worcestershire.

Anyone else having this problem today ? I've not had any signal for a couple of hours
angry very frustrating.
As you see broadband is fine.
