How many people does it take in GN to sort out a problem

I have problems this morning too - for the last few days I have had a totally different layout of the site and could only see one type of discussion at a time (such as News and politics) whereas before I could see a whole list particularly when I clicked to see posts in the last hour. This morning it is all change again and I cannot access many posts - just not available.

Same here Welshwife. I told GN and sent them a screenshot of what I'm seeing now which is very different from what I've been having for two plus years. One small example: The date and time WERE on the left with poster's name and the report/pm button. All those are now on th r/h side. Time no longer shows seconds which was quite useful in some of the games threads. The whole appearance is different but GNHQ tell me what I'm seeing is what everyone sees. I've lost last hour and can only get posts by clicking active.

That's definitely not what everyone sees - although the links aren't working for me, the layout of the screen is the same as usual. What browser are you using?

I keep getting the 404 error now and can only see some posts if I approach them in devious ways - the 'Last Hour' list is inaccessible by clicking on the thread title.

Apple safari on iPad. It is completely different from two days ago. Glad to know what I'm seeing is not what everyone sees.

iPad mini, using desk top site, no problems whatsoever. (That's tempting fate isn't it?)

Using PC with firefox myself, no problem with view; my issue is with links from e.g. 'last hour' like you, Welshwife - glad someone suggested clicking on name of most recent poster instead but it's pretty poor response, out IT people would have sorted it by the end of the day!

I wonder if it's some kind of "virus"? Because there's a similar problem on one of my other forums.

Are you all having problems with the "Last Day" posts as well? I can access posts from "Last Hour" , by clicking on a poster's name as Devongirl suggests, but there are no names on the "Last Day" to click on, so access those via the "Active" posts.

I agree MiniMouse, I'm getting a lot more done in R L and although I really missed being on here at first I'm slowly getting used to it and doing other things with my time.
I can't get to anything on 'Last Day' but can click on a name like I did here and get in the back door so to speak.

Came over to France today. Different location, using my laptop and a different operating system; but still cannot get into threads on 'Last Day'

How about putting an emergency call out on Mumsnet, they are all so clever and talented I am sure one of them could sort the problem.

I can't get any thing by clicking on thread heading, on last hour or last day , just active , but by clicking on a post on last hour and scrolling back I can pick up , but nothing after last hour.

Even though I tick the keep me logged in box I have to log in every time I open up ipad

On my android phone and laptop I can get everything on active and I'm on. They are my usual go to places anyway.
