The tech team have taken a look and should have rectified the problem now (fingers crossed) for your celialillian.

Thanks everyone, yes my email is correct as I have been with Gransnet for some years. I have checked every box and put the Gransnet contact in my contacts list. I phoned my son, who is very good with computer stuff ,all he suggested is something is blocking it, very helpful, as that is obvious. Always in a hurry no time for my little problems...I just hate not knowing the answer. I will keep pursuing the problem...

I phoned to complain that I had waited weeks for a Click and Collect to be delivered. It turned out that I had misspelled my own name in the email address ? and all the emails from the company were disappearing into the ether?
I had no idea, that I had done this. Perhaps, worth checking what you typed.

I presume you have checked/doublechecked that Gransnet have your correct email address?

Totally untechy so can't help I'm afraid.

Can anyone help or advise me. Gransnet newsletters have been sent to me, but they never reach my email inbox. I have searched spam and all the other boxes and there is nothing. I have put the Gransnet email address in my contacts list, and still there is no sign of them. I have tried to search for the answer on Google but still no information...The Gransnet team have been very helpful but they don't know the answer either. If anyone out there can help me I would be Soooo grateful.
