Advice on changing internet provider

Well we did some research and the cheaper deals weren’t available in my area. I eventually went with Plusnet who’ll contact talk talk to cancel. They assured me it would be straight forward on change over.....we will see. I may have to revisit this thread should anything go wrong. Thanks again

I am also a fan of Plusnet and rarely pay more than £14.99 a month. I am a fan of the "free" anytime calls and would not like to lost that facility. I had no internet access recently and they were very helpful. It is a free number which makes a change.

we have been with Post Office for several years. no problems, free international calls and excellent support with staff who know what they are talking about and easily understood by those of us aurally challenged
