Emojis on main computer

I use my emojis on my IPad but thought I didn’t have them on the main computer. Today I accidentally pressed a key right hand bottom of keyboard and a small page of emojis appeared. I want to be able to access them again anyone know how I do this please.?

I don’t have an emoji face on any of my keys on the main computer.

NanKate if you Google, Emojis on Windows 10 or whatever version you have, there will be lots of suggestions. I can't remember how I did mine!!!
