have you contacted support center? may be it has some bugs or trying refreshing may help?

Eventually found a way to contact, will see if I get a sensible response!

I've never had to join it in order to watch programmes on catchup, possibly because I am on Virgin Media? I missed the first episode of Des and could not find it on ITV Hub for a couple of days - it did not come up in the search facility.

I've had awful difficulty in joining the ITVHub ever since I joined it in Ireland and now they refuse to accept the password and my details. They seem to think I'm still in Ireland but I'm not. I'm so cross!

I too have a prolem signing in. Now i have discovered using the Home button o my virgin remote takes me to catch up and i can watch just what i like. I click on trending for recent programs and other selections including search for older programs and films.

What happens if you put a different date in?

Have you tried wiping the screen ? With a newly washed dishcloth ?

It's not a smart tv, but we have a Fire stick, and can use that for IPlayer etc.

That is odd. I have just got a smart tv so signed up for the apps and don’t recall any bother. When something doesn’t submit always have a good look at the screen as it is so easy to miss something small like an “I agree” box which just needs clicking on. Probably something quite simple.

Strange, I joined it but it was some time ago. Maybe look at it with fresh eyes tomorrow. Good luck.
