‘Search box’ white and n white,

I am now on my third iPad and have never experienced this problem - when I use the Search facility in Facebook the typing appears in white. As this is on a white background, it it virtually impossible to see. I have done the usual searches for advice, but can find nothing, and I am hoping that some Gransnetter more technically minded than I am is able to help. Save for this, there are no other problems with the iPad, though I appreciate that this is more a Facebook issue,

Are you using the FB app on an iPad? Mine does it too but as it shows what I’m typing in black directly underneath it doesn’t bother me.

Mine has started doing this yesterday?unfortunately it doesn’t type in black underneath.

Hope someone comes along with a solution.

How odd Susan, I see it like this. I don’t know when it changed, but it sounds like it’s caused by an upgrade so I guess we’ll have to wait for FB to fix it.

Belated Thank you for your replies, when I checked in yesterday morning there were none. Blossoming I just checked back, and that is exactly what mine is doing. Susan56 I hadn’t noticed this until I typed in gobbledegook. I don’t know when it altered either, but thanks to you both for your input, I suppose we must wait for FB now.
