Lost folders in my email account.

Just to calm you, I've had this in the past and all files were totally recoverable. I presume you've tried closing down completely and restarting? Unfortunately I can't talk you through the process because I can't remember. Just don't delete anything at the moment. I'm sure someone competent will be along to give you a blow by blow shortly. Last time a folder disappeared, I found it, after reconstituting most of what should have been in it by a long and tiresome process of raking through sent e-mails with attachments, in another folder.

I have literally no idea how it got there.
