Lost folders in my email account.

I am afraid Microsoft's latest update is responsible.

Kim's advice has formerly worked for me, too.

Last time a folder disappeared, I found it, after reconstituting most of what should have been in it by a long and tiresome process of raking through sent e-mails with attachments, in another folder.

I have literally no idea how it got there.

Let us know, please if you find them, how you did it.

Just to calm you, I've had this in the past and all files were totally recoverable. I presume you've tried closing down completely and restarting? Unfortunately I can't talk you through the process because I can't remember. Just don't delete anything at the moment. I'm sure someone competent will be along to give you a blow by blow shortly.
