Have just signed with NOW as their broadband/calls package much cheaper than Sky - who actually own NOW. My package with Sky would now be over 60.00 a month which i cannot afford..so when D found the NOW deal via Martin Lewis website thought it a good deal...
However, my landline now does not work..despite having called them 3 times last week and they insist i have a working landline, my D has tried the line and she says it just rings out..checked my base and put new batteries in cordless phone and still not working...have filled in endless accessibility forms for vulnerable people as getting a pendant alarm shortly...the customer service is awful and wonder whether other GNs have had a better experience?
