I am so pleased that you have resolved, the problem Bea.
When Sky became too expensive for us I cancelled our subscription and bought a Freesat box. The tv already had Prime and Netflix apps installed so we subscribe to those.
We haven't missed Sky at all.

Think Now is budget broadband- but owned by Sky- Sky seem more interested in Glass/Streaming Services But, did get engineer visit to fix phone line/put in new wall socket etc - it’s taken nearly 3wks of phoning many many times to deal with broadband and the phone… just have to deal with the Tv package download app🤞

He doesn’t own it Bea65 but is still Editor in Chief, I would try Facebook and/or Twitter (X) as they are public forums and get wider attention

MiniMoon .. I went on the MLewis forum and apparently M Lewis sold Money Saving Expert so he’s no longer available for??s but forum members say what u said to keep ringing..
Oldnproud.. have tried this but didn’t work either.. NOW provided a split master thing which goes into wall socket..

Just a thought - does the landline need to be connected via the router now?

Oh Bea65 that is no good. I thought I would have a look at the reviews. I found a Now tv community page full of complaints about phone line not working. I'm sorry I can't help but I suggest that you make a nuisance of yourself and keep calling them.
If Martin Lewis recommended them could you complain to him?

Have just signed with NOW as their broadband/calls package much cheaper than Sky - who actually own NOW. My package with Sky would now be over 60.00 a month which i cannot afford..so when D found the NOW deal via Martin Lewis website thought it a good deal...
However, my landline now does not work..despite having called them 3 times last week and they insist i have a working landline, my D has tried the line and she says it just rings out..checked my base and put new batteries in cordless phone and still not working...have filled in endless accessibility forms for vulnerable people as getting a pendant alarm shortly...the customer service is awful and wonder whether other GNs have had a better experience?
