Yes! Driving me to distraction. I can't access the website, as my password has stopped working. Followed the instructions for a 'reset', but the promised email for this never arrived. Eventually saw something about difficulties with emails to certain providers. Mine was on the list. So today, I decided to phone TP. (Trying to avoid dragging this into 2025!) Now been listening to their awful music and 'Thanks for waiting....' for 35 minutes. On loudspeaker, so just letting it roll, to see how long they take to pick up...if ever. I have an on-going problem with their calculations of my pension payments and now cannot access the members' portal to check for messages. Ombudsman next.
