Yes it is yet another way for Ryanair to get money out of it's passengers. I have had no reply to my email and not wanting to throw good money after bad did not ring their premium rate phone line. On lots of review sites people are complaining about the same thing. I did get an email from them a couple of weeks ago to say about the new check-in rules which on the face of it is ok. What I really object to is not being able to check-in for the outbound flight without also checking-in for the return and not being able to do that unless I purchase a seat for £5 each.
One other thing to watch out for is them trying to flog insurance. The only way not to pay it is to find the 'Do not insure' bit to tick. It is well hidden in the 'Country of residence' drop down box but who would think to look there?
I just can't wait for them to fly me to USA for £10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you in your forever house?
