Llandudno in November

Hello! Looking to book a weekend break in Llandudno early November. I fell in love with the place after visiting at Easter but am afraid if I go when it's 'out of season" it may lose its charm. I expect it to be brisk but the sea air is always a winner. Has anybody visited at this time of year?

Llandudno is one of my "most favourite places" as Derek Trotter would say.
It should be fine in November as it is very much a place for weekend and 3/4 day holidays. It may be cold but never freezing. We have visited at every season and never ever been disappointed.
I hope you have a lovely holiday.

I don't think it is ever out of season.

I suppose all the touristy shops will be closed and maybe some cafes.Seaside places can be rather melancholy out of season, but the bonus is less crowds.Wrap up warmly!

One of our very favourites, any season. Victorian prom at it's best.

We're going next week. Not the same as November of course. Check what's on at the theatre. Concert every Tues and Thurs male voice choir in church. There's a couple of museums. If you have a car you and belong to NT there's Plas Newydd on Anglesey and Bodnant Gardens too. Of course wrap up well and try to get some fresh air every day. Plenty of coffee stops-I would be surprised if they were all closed. Enjoy!

There are very few touristy shops in Llandudno. It is more like a very nice town and is controlled by a trust which keeps it upmarket. The promenade has no food outlets or cheap outlets. It is kept as a Victorian town and no adverse element is allowed.
You have to visit to appreciate it's unique character. It is lovely any time of the year.
A walk along the pier is a must.

Llandudno is never closed! All of the shops and attractions are open all year round. If you're there at a weekend, a visit to one of the chapels to hear the Welsh male voice choirs singing is definitely not to be missed. The Great Orme train is still open, allowing year round, and the chair lift is open providing it's not too windy. And the weather is often kinder in Llandudno than elsewhere because it seems to have its own micro climate.

Well there you are, Chewbacca knows it well ( probably knows all the bars as well.)??

Thank you for your replies. I'm going to have a look at what's available. The place has a charm that's endearing and the people are so friendly.

Parking can be a bugger Inbetweener, so a good idea to check if parking spaces are available when you book at a hotel or B&B.

Llandudno is still mostly controlled by the trust set up by the Mostyn family. They may still own a lot of Llandudno and it is the trust which keeps the town as it is today.
Just a little bit of history, not relevant I know but may be of interest.

Sounds lovely! Never thought of going before reading this. Thank goodness for that Trust.

Jane10, it is a beautiful place to holiday! So much to do and see.
