Sorting new phone out, checking apps work. I now have a travel QR code on my phone in the NHS app (not NHS Covid app). Wasn’t there about a week ago, but both vaccinations were.

Mine and DH's dont have our names on them
And I've already managed to lose mine..
I only had the second one in Friday!

Mine has my name on it, but it’s just a bit of card and presumably easy to fake.
