Phil Spencer - Secret Agent.

Have you been watching the new Phil Spencer programme? If not, only watch one as they are all the same! Every programme is about a house that needs de-cluttering and decorating. I'd like to see him find a buyer for a house that has been on the market for over a year and doesn't need these basic things doing. Talking about finding buyers, has he actually found any yet? Every time I watch, he persuades the buyers to spend money, and knock their asking price down, but no offers come in. I'd be interested to know how many of the houses he sells at the end of the series. I know it's a tough market out there but he is supposed to be the expert!
