Saw it today. Started off not being too impressed but, as the relationship developped between the girl and her mother, I found myself crying my eyes out! The expression in the eyes of the bear was incredible. Am I being sexist in thinking it was more of a film for girls than boys? I didn't take my grandson so wondered if any grannies had taken their grandsons to see it and, if so what did they think? My grandsons are just obsesed with space things at the moment and I'm not sure the elder one would have enjoyed it. I'll get it on dvd and see what he thinks.
