My husband is a big fan of Foyle's War, I have only got into it of late. These three are now life after the war so should be interesting, I like period feel to it and there aren't that many good dramas around at the moment, except of course Broadchurch tomorrow.

I can't wait either. I am interested to see how they pick up the story, didn't he retire in the last series?

He is not a good looking man but I find he has a sort of sexy appeal about him. confused am I alone.

Can't wait - we have the original series on DVD and our treat to ourselves is to curl up in front of the fire and watch them - even though we know "whodunnit."

Me too Merlot ,it's lovely to have it back. I think I read that the author is not writing any more of them , so we must enjoy it while we can.

So glad this is back tonight. I love Michael Kitchen's laid back style of acting and the plots are always great so it will be feet up and wine in celebration. smile
