No, Nonu, it's not that simple - I don't 'like' Frank Sinatra. I don't 'dislike' him. I don't like all of his music - just some of it.

It is as simple as a pimple you either like him or not like him !!

I think when he was young, voice strong and singing with the big bands of the forties no-one could touch him.Like all of the singers and bands of the forties , IMO they were magical, such a smooth sound.

However I am now rather taken with Pitbull, Back Street Boys etc., so I have quite an eclectic taste in popular music .

I think I have seen this before. My favourite is 'You make me feel so young' which may have saved my degree. I was down in the dumps, having messed up an exam paper, walking past a basement flat from which emanated this very song. I cheered up, caught a train home and relaxed for the weekend before taking the rest of the papers! Good Old Blue Eyes!

He likes the old ones when he sang with the Big Bands - it's not my type of music, although I admit to liking a couple of Frank's later songs- Something Stupid (with Nancy) is one of them.

What are his favourite songs ??
