Witnesses

I've always given subtitles a wide berth because I can't keep up with them, but just lately I've found that I seem to be able to read them more easily for some reason. As a result I've been overdosing on the foreign dramas, as there seems to be so little homemade stuff lately.

So far I've seen:

Witnesses, Cordon, The Saboteurs, & Odyssey.

I record them so that I can rewind if I miss any of the subtitles.

Just watched the first episode on catchup. Really enjoyed it [although I found some things annoying..one example being the lipstick she found in her boyfriends car which wouldn't have been brand new and unused]. I like subtitles these days because my hearing isn't too good. Mind you, yet another case of a foreign series with amazing scarf tying...they must employ specialists to do that and it must be really difficult when it comes to continuity .

I really wanted to watch but OH won't watch sub-titles and I do find it distracting and a bit of a strain to watch and read.
