I thought Jay was a superb dancer, he was a natural. He was determined every week to do his utmost.He deserved to win.

I'd like to see the very knowledgeable Karen Hardy on the judging panel. However, I think she is quite busy judging ballroom competitions around the world, also has a young baby.

Yes Ian seems a nice chap. I reckon you'd need quite a big personality to manage along with the others. Anton could sort them out. Och its academic. The Beeb will do their thing and we'll just have to wait and see.

Anton or Ian Waite would also be very good and fair.

Couldn't have put a piece of paper between the final three. All excellent in their own ways.

Think Kevin and Kellie might have pulled in more votes had they danced their American Smooth ( red dress - song from Oliver?) as, though it was doubtlessly technically excellent, their Charleston lacked umph!

And no more Ola either.

Aliona has tweeted she will not be returning next year.

I think Jay was the best dancer - but Kellie came a very close second.

I'd have liked Georgia to win, but Kellie and Kevin were outstanding last night. Jay was good, but he has had lots of training. I think that the judges should be the only ones to vote in the final - it is about dancing, not popularity.

I'd have been happy for Georgia or Kellie to win, as they both danced so well in the final. Jay has been consistent, but not really improved that much and in the final he didn't shine. I voted for Kellie.

Still think Anita and Helen could dance better than Katie.

I wanted Georgia to win as I thought she was stunning. Jay was disappointing despite his 6 years training and Kelly taught dance before her Eastenders role so it was only to be expected that she would be competent. Georgia shone I thought and had not had nearly the amount of training that the other two had.

Poor Katie did a bit of ballet as a girl and was old enough to be both Georgia's and Jay's Mum so no wonder she brought up the rear. I loved her though! She and Anton has a great time and that shone through.

Wasn't Georgia at stage school, though? Surely she'd have had dance training as part of the course?

I was disappointed that Kellie and Kevin didn't win.

I thought Kellie and Kevin were the best dancers, although I think Jay was also excellent; but for the winner I would have chosen Georgia simply because she has not had the benefit of previous extensive dance training, unlike the other two, and had therefore demonstrated a quite amazing progression.

Well we both enjoyed it - and couldn't have decided between the three- all excellent in their own ways. We could make a case for all 3- and weren't disappointed when Jay won. As Anno says, he was never in the dance off.
