No electricity, no solar panels,so that rules out my Kindle.The most practical item would be a good, sharp knife. Not really a luxury but a necessity.

This is my favourite radio programme I like the bit at the end when the guest has to decide what luxury to take to the desert island. One chap had consulted his small grandchild and she advised a water slide. What would you take?
