You have to spot the person - someone talking and looking like part of the group who beam down but who you have never seen before - they will be the one to die. I think this may be why Philip has been mentioned and a bit of a character formed

I nearly switched off tonight. I am so sick of Ian's whining and I don't blame Adam for blowing a gasket. He can't do anything without that whingeing voice wanting to know if he 'wants to talk about it'

Yes, I'm fed up with Ian's whining too. Why is he so intent on a baby when both he and Adam work such long hours.

I agree about Ian but wasn't Adam's blowing a gasket to do with the fact that he had punched Matt and if Matt sequels it will put the adoption of a baby in jeopardy

This is very, very clever, funny and adds loads of points we might have forgotten. I would say I cannot believe someone spent so much time putting it together but that is the Ambridge effect at work.

As for Lilian, she's gone quite bonkers over Matt. Hopefully his case will burst open as he struggles from the hotel, to reveal wads of stolen???.

They may LG if they go down the soap-opera route with a fairly short run from beginning, middle to end of a story-line. I would love to think we get a more Archer's script with it gradually being less talked about an thought about but rearing its head sometime in the future to throw a spanner in the works.

I think of Matt as a modern day Nelson Gabriel - popping up and disappearing when least expected.

I said the same thing to OH last night, GracesGran. Matt will keep on turning up like a bad penny and, who knows? waaaaay down the line, he may reappear as a resident at the Laurels and rekindle his romance with fellow resident and widow, Lilian Elliott!
