Just watched it on dvd. Thought the acting and atmosphere was superb, but didn't think the plot made any sense. However, this isn't unusual for me; I think even CBB's plots are challenging. Wondered if anyone else had seen it?

No, but just bought the book for dh as he loves Peter Ackroyd’s non fiction and wants to read some of his fiction.
I mean to read it as soon as I have finished Man in Moscow.
I prefer to read a book before I see a film so will try to do it in that order. Hope it’s good.
