I was already a fan of Bryan Cranston from Malcolm in the Middle, so that was an additional draw!

I watched this when it first came out. It's certainly compelling viewing. "Dexter" is the same, and so is "Luther" (I love Idris Elba in that)

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Breaking Bad after my ds & dil suggested it. I resisted it at first, as others have said, the subject matter just didn’t appeal to me. But they persisted, and let me use their Netflix password to watch it. I ended up watching the whole thing in a matter of weeks. Completely agree that it is one of the best written tv series I’ve seen in a long time.

Loved, loved, loved it! It really gets going from Season 3, so do stick with it!

We loved this series too. Stick with it to the end. You won’t be disappointed.

We binged on this series over the Easter week. As many others said, it wasn't a subject I'd normally watch, but I knew it was described as "the best series ever" so I gave it a try. Hooked from the first episode. I love good writing and this is the best-written series I've watched in long time. I still think about the characters , which is always a good sign for me.

I started watching it and became engrossed. Not the subject matter I'd normally go for, but the story-line was compelling.

I must finish it. There's just too much TV available these days isn't there, and I got sidetracked watching another series. I have recently been watching the USA version of House of Cards and we binge-watched Peaky Blinders after someone told us it was good. (We didn't like it/couldn't get into it when the BBC series began.)

Breaking Bad is definitely the best series I have ever watched.
It's utterly compelling. I hope you enjoy it.
I might watch it again now I've got Netflix.

We enjoyed it almost as much as The Sopranos.

After my GS told me to watch I started and liked it but I flagged about halfway through the second series and never got back to it. Excellent watch though.

It was the best TV ever. I loved it.
