First glance I thought it was Joan Collins too.

I also thought Billie Whitelaw. Thanks Travelsafar, I couldn't remember her name, but knew that I knew her

Haven’t seen any articles and she doesn’t look like anyone I can think of so I will wait for answers ?

I know who it is, but it looks like an older Billie Whitelaw.I remember her playing the mum in The Krays.

It's make-up for an acting role.
It's not so much who it is but who I mistook her for.

unfortunately I enlarged the pic to look closer and saw the picture above. Very surprised, is she like that for an acting role or is that her now?
