Did anyone manage to watch this new drama??

I started and once i saw the man laid out on the table i turned it off, it sent a frisson of fear through me and that was it.
There are enough horrible events going on in the real world without out watching them on TV!!!

It's pretty gruesome, I admit. I'll still be watching the second part tonight though.

tanith Thu 01-Nov-18 16:07:52

Yep a bit stomach churning but I'll probably watch

JessK Thu 01-Nov-18 16:08:09

Yes a bit gruesome but I will also be watching part two. It definitely has potential.

Willow500 Thu 01-Nov-18 16:14:33

I watched it but somehow lost the thread of the plot. I'll try again with the next one tonight.

I saw a trailer for Luther yesterday which I had on without sound - it scared the hebejebies out of me - I don't know when that's on but I'll need a cushion to watch it!!

I sort of watched it. As soon as I saw dark rooms /chain saws etc etc, I fast forwarded. I still got the gist of it. Looks quite promising, but I can't watch such graphic violence.

I thought I d watch the two together might find it easier to follow so I ll let you know after the second one

Thought the lead male was very handsome and when he took his shirt off....... wow?

Sar53 Thu 01-Nov-18 17:10:16

I've just watched the first episode. Yes very gruesome but storyline has potential so I will continue watching.

callgirl1 Thu 01-Nov-18 18:30:48

I watched it, am eagerly awaiting episode 2.

Sparklefizz Thu 01-Nov-18 18:31:46

Far too gruesome for me. I turned off at the same point as you travelsafar.

lemongrove Thu 01-Nov-18 18:35:02

Not for me?

Coolgran65 Thu 01-Nov-18 19:23:54

Yes, a bit gruesome but pretty good. Loved the humour from the male lead.

Morgana Thu 01-Nov-18 19:40:33

I wonder whether it will spark off the vigilantes?

callgirl1 Thu 01-Nov-18 20:53:12

I have to record tonight`s, Ambulance is on BBC1, will probably have to wait until the weekend to watch it.

NanKate Thu 01-Nov-18 21:06:51

Couldn’t watch some of it but am ready for episode 2.

FlexibleFriend Thu 01-Nov-18 22:15:55

Well the blurb gave a massive clue as to what kind of content to expect so gawd knows why so many said not for them, I love this kind of stuff, bring it on.

MiniMoon Thu 01-Nov-18 22:32:46

I watched the first episode, and that was enough for me. I really don't care for gritty crime dramas so will not be watching any more. DH will have to watch it when I'm not here.

Sparklefizz Fri 02-Nov-18 09:08:39

Flexible I know they gave a warning beforehand. I thought I might be able to hack it .... but couldn't! I gave it a chance. Nothing wrong with that. I exercised my prerogative and clicked "Off".

Charleygirl5 Fri 02-Nov-18 09:13:35

I agree with FlexibleFriend I also enjoyed it and we were well warned. Even better if it is in two parts each week. At last there is something decent to watch.

sodapop Fri 02-Nov-18 12:23:04

Yes I'm with Flexiblefriend & charleygirl I like a bit of gruesome and we were warned in advance. I enjoy having the story on consecutive days as well didn't have time to forget anything. Look forward to next week's story.
