What a lovely and interesting man! For me this programme goes from strength to strength. I used to think it boring but maybe my outlook was blinkered then!

I'm going to listen to this on the website. We watched the series with Bob and Paul Whitehouse going around fishing together. It was lovely. They have both had serious heart problems.

LL is proving a very capable replacement for KY. She clearly does her homework and some of her questions last week with Wendy Cope were brilliant and insightful

I really like Bob Mortimer - he always seems like a good bloke. I must find the fishing programme and watch it.

But it will have to wait as at this moment I am lost in the wonderful programmes on Radio 3 on a Sunday afternoon - bliss! - evensong, Choir and Organ, The Listening Service and (joy of joys!) Words and Music - just plain wonderful!
