Wanted to post regarding Susan's comment to Neil, "I don't want you getting executive burn out" but couldn't find the Archers thread!

I've just listened open mouthed to Tony saying putting a tight rubber ring around a baby cow's testicles, doesn't hurt them!
Has Tony gone completely stupid since I last listened to The Archers?
It is, unfortunatly, a job I was required to do when I worked on the farm: calves and lambs. Believe me, it hurts them as the te4sticles atrophy and drop off - but what can they do about it?
