Dereck on Netflix

Anyone else watching this? It is gentle, heartwarming and sad sometimes. Dereck is a vulnerable man living in a care home, and it is a tale of him and several of the other people, staff, residents and people associated with the home. Not some thing i would have normally watched but watched a trailer and was hooked. Its different, give it a try.

I watched it when it was on terrestrial television and enjoyed it. If you liked it you will obviously like Ricky Getvais’s style of humour so may enjoy AfterLife about a man coming to terms with the death of his much loved wife. It sounds depressing but there is a lot of humour in it, albeit black humour.

Watched it a couple of years ago and loved it! Laughed and cried. Wonderful series. Tried to get OH to watch it but no luck.
