DH and watched this last night, but sadly I dropped off during most of it. DH said he never got the twist at the end if there was one, can anyone fill us on this please

The twist was that when the wife had the bump in her ca, it was the drug-dealer who she injured (the son was on drugs, owed money to dealer, that's where the money from the savings tin went)
